At TheBrickClicks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A refund request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number).

2. Return Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at thebrickclicks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Ship the item back to us at the provided address within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.

Return shipping costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refund Approval and Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].
