The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
A refund request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number).

2. Return Process

To request a refund:

We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Ship the item back to us at the provided address within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.

Return shipping costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refund Approval and Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
